About this job
Our company, a construction firm with over 60 years in earthworks and civil construction, is looking for Class 1 truck and wagon drivers to haul gravel and other materials to and from job sites near Red Deer, Alberta.
What you'll haul
- Gravel and other materials using heavy trucks and wagons
- Travel between various job sites as needed, with occasional time away
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 license with a clean driving record
- At least 2 years of experience running Class 1 truck and wagon combinations, ideally hauling gravel
- Solid understanding of transportation rules and safety practices
- Comfortable working solo or alongside a crew, with strong communication skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to Central Alberta, and open to flexible hours and travel
- First Aid, H2S, and CSO certifications are a plus
