Class 1 Driver — Winnipeg Regional & Highway Runs — CA$60,000–CA$65,000/yr

Our company is looking for experienced Class 1 drivers to run regional and highway routes out of their Winnipeg terminal. This is a full-time, permanent position hauling freight across Canada and the US for a growing carrier with over 400 trucks and 500 employees.

What you'll do

• Drive company tractor-trailers on regional and highway lanes

• Do pre-trip and post-trip inspections on your rig

• Keep logbooks and shipping paperwork accurate and up to date

• Stay in touch with dispatch and operations

• Follow all safety, DOT and company rules

• Represent our company professionally when you're at customer sites

On the road

• Time away from home depends on your route schedule

• You'll have a dedicated dispatch and operations team backing you up

• The yard has its own fuel pump and weigh scale so you're not stuck waiting around

• Trucks and trailers are newer and kept up through regular preventive maintenance

What you need

• At least 1 year of experience driving Class 1/AZ

• A valid Class 1/AZ licence

• A clean driving record

• A solid work ethic and a safety-first mindset

This is steady, long-term work, and there's room to move up into mentoring, training, or dispatch and operations support roles down the line.
