About this job
Our company in Edmonton, AB is hiring Class 1 drivers for dedicated lanes. This is a Monday to Friday, year-round job with you home every day and weekends off.
Routes and freight
- Dedicated lanes from Edmonton to Kamloops, Prince George, and Grand Prairie / North
- No-touch freight, switches only
- Newer model dedicated trucks
Pay
- $20.92–$37.01 per hour

What you'll do
- Run assigned routes on the delivery schedule
- Confirm each vehicle has its paperwork in order before leaving the terminal
- Inspect your vehicle and equipment, report problems, and handle basic repairs when appropriate
- Stay in touch with dispatch and receiving teams about freight details and delivery status
Requirements
- Class 1 licence
- 2 years of commercial driving
- 1 year of mountain driving
- A safety-first approach and careful pre-trip checks
- Nice to have: LCV certificate, freight-handling, forklift or heavy equipment experience, basic mechanical knowledge
