About this job
Our company needs a Shuttle Driver in Deadwood, SD to carry personnel to and from the Underground FERMI lab facility in Lead, SD. You'll run shuttle vehicles, passenger vans and buses on set pickup and drop-off times, keeping things on schedule and following all safety rules.
What you'll do
- Drive shuttle vehicles, vans and buses to move people between pickup points and the Lead, SD lab site
- Stick to assigned pickup and drop-off times
- Run pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks, watching for mechanical problems or safety issues
- Keep accurate records of hours driven, trip details and inspection results, as required by regulation
Requirements
- Valid CDL with the right endorsements
- Background in truck driving, delivery, or route driving, particularly moving people or goods through logistics work
- Solid knowledge of FMCSA and DOT rules
- Clean driving history showing safe vehicle operation
Pay
$23.28 - $28.04 per hour. Expected hours are 40.0 to 80.0 per week.
