CDL OTR Truck Driver — $0.55–$0.60 per Mile

Our company is looking for an experienced CDL truck driver to run over-the-road routes hauling refrigerated and dry-van freight. You'll handle tractor-trailers across long-haul lanes while keeping deliveries on time and cargo secure.

What you'll haul

• Refrigerated trailers and dry-van freight

• Over-the-road, long-haul routes

What the job involves

• Operate tractor-trailers in line with FMCSA and DOT rules

• Plan and follow routes using GPS navigation

• Load and unload freight by hand or with truck loading equipment, keeping cargo safe and intact

• Keep accurate records of driving hours, delivery paperwork and cargo manifests

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to catch maintenance or safety issues

• Stay in contact with dispatch about schedules, route changes or delays

Requirements

• Valid CDL for the vehicle you'll drive

• Solid experience driving commercial trucks, including OTR and long-haul routes

• Comfortable with refrigerated and dry-van trailers

• Working knowledge of FMCSA and DOT rules

• Skilled with GPS and route planning

• Able to manually load and unload cargo safely

• Strong safety mindset and awareness of road hazards
