CDL OTR Team Truck Driver — $107,265.42–$111,223.84/yr

Our company is looking for a team of two drivers to run over-the-road routes hauling general freight and refrigerated loads in 53' dry van and 53' reefer trailers. You'll work full-time as a W2 company driver, splitting the wheel with your teammate across multiple states.

Pay

• $107,265.42 to $111,223.84 per year

What you'll haul

• 53' dry van and 53' refrigerated trailers

• General freight and refrigerated cargo across multi-state OTR lanes

What you'll do

• Drive safely on long-haul routes with your co-driver, using GPS to plan and track your path

• Keep to hours-of-service rules and all FMCSA and DOT requirements

• Secure cargo properly and follow hazmat safety standards where applicable

• Keep dispatch updated on anything that happens along the route

• Stay on top of logs, delivery paperwork and compliance records

Requirements

• At least 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience

• Strong knowledge of DOT and FMCSA rules

• Comfortable with GPS systems for navigation and tracking

• Able to communicate clearly with dispatch to keep deliveries on schedule
