CDL Oil Field Driver — $25–$28/hr

Our company in Orin, WY is looking for a CDL driver to run oil field equipment, handling tractor-trailers, tankers, and side and belly dump trucks across various routes. You'll be responsible for getting loads where they need to go, safely and on schedule.

Pay

• $25.00 to $28.00 per hour

• Expected hours: 40 to 70 per week, full-time

What you'll haul

• Freight including tanker liquids and dump loads (side and belly dump)

• Occasional refrigerated goods requiring proper load securement

What you'll do

• Operate tractor-trailers, tankers, and dump trucks on assigned routes

• Load and unload freight, using forklifts when needed

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Secure cargo correctly for the type of load, including liquid and specialized freight

• Keep accurate logs for hours, deliveries, and maintenance per DOT rules

• Stay in contact with dispatch on route status and any issues on the road

Requirements

• Valid CDL with endorsements matching the equipment you'll drive (tanker endorsement needed)

• Solid background driving freight and running routes

• Comfortable driving manual transmission trucks

• Experience with forklifts or dump trucks is a plus

• Tanker experience showing you can handle different cargo types

• Know-how in load securement and safety practices

• Good grasp of DOT compliance standards

• 2 years of oil and gas experience preferred
