CDL Hazmat Driver & Warehouse Manager — $30–$35/hr

JJ&S Environmental, a growing California environmental and demolition company, is hiring a Hazmat Driver who will also manage the warehouse. You'll haul asbestos waste and other hazardous materials to approved disposal sites while keeping the warehouse running smoothly.

Pay

• $30 - $35 per hour

Schedule

• Full-time, 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday

• Overtime and weekend work available

What you'll haul

• Hazardous materials, including asbestos waste, transported to approved disposal sites

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day warehouse operations and manage inventory and supply orders

• Transport, load, secure, and unload hazardous materials safely

• Follow OSHA, DOT, and AQMD rules during transport and handling

• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and keep accurate logs

• Help on-site crews with containment setup, demolition, and clean-up

• Handle purchase orders, waste disposal payments, and office admin work

Requirements

• Class A or B CDL with Hazmat endorsement

• 1+ years in asbestos abatement or hazardous waste transport preferred

• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT hazmat regulations

• Able to lift and transport heavy materials; good physical condition

• Asbestos certification preferred; HAZWOPER certificate preferred

• Must be able to pass or already hold a DOT medical exam
