CDL Dump Truck Driver — $1,300–$1,600/Week

Our company in Moncks Corner, SC needs a CDL dump truck driver to join a construction crew hauling materials for site development work. You'll haul loads and may run other heavy equipment as site needs require.

What you'll do

• Haul gravel, dirt, asphalt and other aggregates to job sites in a dump truck

• Back up and maneuver heavy machinery (excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, water trucks, backhoes) for site prep and material handling when needed

• Help set up and break down work zones with the rest of the crew

• Check your truck and equipment before and after use, and report any mechanical problems right away

• Move materials to and from work zones to support excavation and grading, including with Caterpillar equipment

• Wear required PPE and follow site safety rules

• Keep records of deliveries, equipment use and daily tasks

Requirements

• Valid CDL with a clean driving record

• Experience driving dump trucks on construction or similar heavy-duty jobs

• Knowledge of jobsite safety practices and OSHA rules

• Able to do basic truck and equipment checks; mechanical troubleshooting is a plus

• Good communication skills and comfortable working as part of a team

Pay

$1,300.00-$1,600.00 per week, full-time.
