About this job
Our company is hiring a local propane delivery driver in Greenwood, SC. You'll run local routes and be home every night, delivering fuel safely to homes and businesses while providing hands-on customer service.
What you'll do
- Haul and deliver propane fuel to residential and business customers on local routes
- Check and inspect your delivery truck, logging any maintenance issues that affect safe operation
- Track inventory and payments using a handheld terminal
- Represent the company with strong customer service
Requirements
- Class B CDL with HAZMAT, tanker, and air brake endorsements (if you don't have these yet, the company will train you and give you time to get them)
- Valid Medical Examiner's Certificate for interstate operation
- Able to lift and pull loads of 50 to 75 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Meets English language proficiency standards under 49 CFR 391.11(b)(2), including reading road signs, responding to official questions, and completing reports in English
