CDL-B Delivery Driver — Home Nightly, $24–$29/hr

ESC is looking for a CDL-A or CDL-B delivery driver to join a growing client team in Cedar Falls, IA. You'll run a Monday-Friday daytime schedule, deliver products safely and on time, and be home every night.

Pay

• $25.00 - $29.00 per hour, based on your experience and certifications

• Overtime available as needed

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, plus overtime when required

• Home every night

What you'll haul

• Box trucks up to 28' and Class A semis, driven according to delivery instructions

• Cargo secured properly for transport, with lift gates and correct lifting methods used to prevent shifting or damage

What you'll do

• Run pre- and post-trip inspections, check fluids, and handle light upkeep like topping off washer fluid or fuel additives

• Track deliveries and confirm proof of delivery using barcode/RF scanners and mobile apps

• Make accurate deliveries, count products correctly, and handle them with care

• Represent the company professionally and keep customers satisfied

• Pitch in on warehouse tasks occasionally, including running pallet jacks, forklifts or order pickers

• Join weekly huddles with other drivers to share updates and feedback

• Communicate with customers, team leads and supervisors, follow delivery procedures, stock items in designated spots, rotate stock, pick up items or payments from customers or vendors when needed, and clean and secure your vehicle at the end of each shift, returning any undelivered or returned goods

Requirements

• CDL Class A or B license, valid Fed Med card, and a clean driving record

• HazMat certification, or willingness to get it within 90 days of hire

• Able to read, write and understand English, and handle basic math

• Comfortable with mobile apps and barcode scanners

• Reliable, able to work independently, and customer-focused

• Physically able to perform the job duties
