CDL-A Walking Floor Driver — $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our company is hiring a CDL-A driver in Long Beach, CA to haul materials using walking floor trailers. This full-time role includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus, with work running Monday through Saturday, early morning to mid-afternoon.

Pay

• Annual pay ranges from $33,280.00 to $104,000.00, depending on experience and performance.

• A $2,000.00 bonus is available now.

• Drivers may be asked whether they're open to piece-rate pay that varies by route, division or operation.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 3:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

• Saturday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

What you'll haul

• You'll move materials using walking floor trailers along set routes, adjusting as schedules change.

• Loading, unloading and securing freight properly is part of the job, along with keeping the trailer in good condition and reporting any issues.

• You'll stay compliant with environmental rules for how materials are disposed of.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A (required); endorsements are a plus.

• At least 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience.

• Solid grasp of DOT rules, logbooks and transportation safety standards.

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work without close supervision.

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.
