CDL-A Truck Driver — Home Daily, Average $95,000/Year

Penske Logistics is looking for a full-time CDL-A truck driver in Havana, FL to deliver fresh baked goods to stores using a hand truck. You'll be home every day and work a 5-day week with 2 consecutive days off, including weekends.

Pay

• Average $95,000 annually

Home time and schedule

Equipment

• Late-model trucks from Penske's own fleet, built with driver comfort in mind

• Inward- and outward-facing cameras in the cab for added safety

What you'll do

• Haul freshly baked goods to store locations

• Unload using a hand truck

• Represent the company professionally when dealing with customers

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, with residence and licensing in the same U.S. state

• Current non-excepted interstate DOT medical card, or ability to get one

• At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years, or 2 years in the past 5 years

• No more than 2 moving violations or accidents on your 3-year driving record

• Able to read, speak and understand English well enough to meet DOT language requirements

• Must pass a background check (employment, education, criminal history) and a drug screening

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally, and to safely get in and out of the cab and cargo area

• This is a safety-sensitive, DOT-regulated role requiring full alertness on the job
