CDL-A Truck Driver — Avg. $1,300–$1,550/Week + Paid Training

Our company is looking for both new CDL-A graduates and experienced drivers for OTR runs out of Kenner, LA. You get your own assigned truck, a clear training path if you're new, and benefits starting after 30 days.

Pay

• Weekly gross pay averages $1,300 to $1,550

• The top 25% of drivers earn $1,900 or more per week

• A performance bonus is added on top of your base pay

• Orientation pays $300, and travel plus lodging are covered

Equipment

• Late-model automatic trucks with APUs, pulling dry van trailers

• You keep the same truck, no slip seating

• Take your truck home on your days off

• Pets and passenger riders are welcome from your first day

New Drivers Start Here

• You'll train one-on-one with a mentor for 4 to 6 weeks of OTR driving

• A guaranteed weekly pay rate applies the entire time you're training, no exceptions

• Once training ends, you move straight to full solo mileage pay

• You just need a certificate from a 120-hour CDL school to begin

Home Time

• Routes run 2 weeks out followed by 2 full days at home

• Freight includes a mix of drop and hook and live loading/unloading

Requirements

• Class A CDL and a current DOT medical card, age 21 or older

• New CDL-A holders welcome, or at least 6 months of verifiable solo driving experience

• Certificate from an accredited CDL school showing 120+ hours of training

• Clean driving record and background check

• No more than 2 moving violations over the last 2 years

• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years

• Must pass a hair and urine drug test
