CDL-A Truck Driver — $2,582.02–$3,109.53/wk

Our company in Modesto, CA is looking for a CDL-A truck driver to haul freight across various routes, including loads in refrigerated trailers. Recent graduates of a driving program are welcome to apply.

Pay

• $2,582.02 to $3,109.53 per week

What you'll haul

• Tractor-trailer freight, including refrigerated trailer loads

• You'll secure cargo with load bars or straps

What you'll do

• Drive your assigned routes safely and on schedule, following all traffic and safety rules

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections to catch maintenance or safety problems early

• Keep delivery paperwork accurate and up to date

• Plan your route driving to hit delivery windows

• Stay in touch with dispatch and customers to coordinate pickups and drop-offs

• Follow hours-of-service and other federal, state and local trucking regulations

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record

• Tractor-trailer experience preferred; refrigerated trailer experience is a plus

• A track record of safe driving is preferred

• Comfortable with route planning that balances safety and efficiency

• Able to climb in and out of the truck and handle long stretches of driving or standing

• Strong communication skills for working with dispatch and customers
