This trainee role is built for drivers who just earned their Class A CDL and need real-world experience. You'll run dry van freight while the company trains you and sets you up with travel, lodging and meals covered along the way.
Pay
- Orientation is paid.
- Training pay runs from $500 to $1,050 per week, depending on your home state and that state's minimum-wage rules.
What you'll haul
- Dry van freight.
- After training, you'll be matched to an account near your ZIP code, which could mean local, regional or OTR work depending on freight available in your region.
Support provided
- Hotel, meals and travel costs are arranged and paid by the company ahead of time.
- You'll get guidance through orientation, training and your first dispatch placement.
Requirements
- A valid, physical Class A CDL.
- No previous Class A driving experience needed.
- Able to pass a DOT physical and drug test.
- Willing to finish the full training program.
- Clean driving history and a professional approach to the job.
