CDL-A Trailer Technician/Driver — $25.08–$35.12/hr

Our company needs a Trailer Technician/Driver in Sun Valley, CA to deliver and service restroom and shower trailers for customer sites and events. You'll handle setup, hookups and basic troubleshooting, plus keep units clean and stocked throughout the rental period before bringing them back to the branch.

Pay

• $25.08 to $35.12 per hour, based on location, skills, experience, education and certifications

What you'll do

• Check your truck before and after each shift, and flag any problems to the shop or your supervisor right away

• Drive your assigned routes to deliver and pick up comfort station trailers, setting up and breaking down equipment on site

• Hook up water, drainage and electrical connections so units are ready to use

• Stay in touch with your Hub Manager or office for route changes and updates

• Fix basic electrical, plumbing or HVAC issues that come up during delivery or service calls

• Restock supplies like paper products, soap and hand sanitizer, and clean units inside and out

• Keep accurate truck logs in line with state and federal rules

Requirements

• At least 2 years of commercial driving experience

• Valid CDL-A license

• Current forklift certification

• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills

• Able to sit while driving and stand while servicing equipment, walk up to 30 minutes at a stretch, climb in and out of trucks, lift 40 lbs from waist to shoulder height, lift 30 lbs from the floor overhead, crouch, squat, and push or pull 100 lbs
