CDL-A Team Truck Driver — Up to $100,000/Year + $10,000 Sign-On

Our company's Transportation Division is hiring CDL-A team truck drivers to haul fresh ingredients to our company's stores out of Des Moines, IA. This team role combines multi-stop local and regional runs with longer trips that include overnight stays.

Pay

• Team drivers can earn up to $100,000 per year

• $10,000 sign-on bonus

• $5,000 bonus for referring another driver

• Up to $750 in monthly bonuses tied to performance

Routes

• A mix of multi-stop local and regional deliveries

• Some longer runs that require overnight stays

• Routing is assigned based on performance

What you'll do

• Run pre-trip and post-trip inspections on your rig

• Keep delivery logs and paperwork accurate

• Follow DOT rules and company safety procedures

• Stay in touch with distribution centers and store staff

• Give stores good service at each stop

• Be able to lift and carry items of at least 50 pounds regularly

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (this is a team position, so both drivers need one)

• At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years

• Completion of an accredited commercial driving or technical school program

• Able to lift up to 60 lbs on a frequent basis

• Clean driving record, and you'll need to pass a background check and meet DOT standards

• Experience hauling food or beverages is a plus
