CDL-A Team Truck Driver — Avg. $1,400–$1,700/wk, Home Every 3 Weeks

Our company needs a formed team of CDL-A drivers to run dry van truckload freight across all 48 states. Loads are 100% no-touch, and you'll be off duty about every three weeks.

Pay

• Average weekly pay per driver: $1,400-$1,700

• Mileage pay plus hourly pay for on-duty, non-driving time

• Recent rate increase adds up to 6 cents more per mile

• Weekly guarantee of at least $1,000 per driver during your first 90 days

• Weekly performance pay on top of base pay

• Sign-on bonus of $10,000 for experienced drivers or $5,000 for inexperienced drivers, each paid out in 12 monthly installments over your first year

• Paid orientation

• Annual bonus worth up to 2% of your yearly gross pay

Home time

Plan on being out for about three weeks between home stays.

What you'll haul

Dry van trailers, no-touch freight, hauled as a two-person team throughout the lower 48 states. Trucks are team-spec'd, averaging about 12 months old, with automated transmissions, optimized idle and upgraded seating. Pets are welcome on board under the company's Team Pet Policy.

Requirements

• You must already be part of a formed driving team

• Valid Class A CDL

• All experience levels accepted; company-paid CDL training is available if you need it
