CDL-A Team OTR Driver — Home Weekly, $1,500–$2,000/Week

Join a team OTR operation running dedicated, repeatable lanes out of LAX, with the truck back at the same domicile every week and a path from temp to direct hire.

Pay

• $1,500 per week per driver with 6+ months of CDL-A/OTR experience

• $1,750 per week with 1+ year of experience

• $2,000 per week with 1.5+ years of experience

• Performance bonus of up to 15%

• $1,000 bonus paid 30 days after you convert to direct hire

• $3,000 bonus after 12 months of continuous employment

• Referral bonuses available for bringing on other drivers

Home time

You run as a team and come back to the LAX domicile every week, so you're putting up long-haul miles without being gone for weeks at a stretch.

Routes

Expect around 5,800 miles per truck weekly on set, repeatable lanes such as LAX-EWR-ATL and LAX-DFW-LAX.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer/OTR experience

• Clean driving record

• Comfortable and reliable running team OTR routes
