CDL-A Team Driver — No Partner Needed, $8,000 Sign-On + Guaranteed Miles

Team driving pay without needing to find your own partner first. This dedicated team account hauls freight for data center construction projects, and the carrier guarantees your miles in the pay package rather than just promising them.

Pay

• $0.68 to $0.77 CPM, based on experience

• 5,200 guaranteed miles per week to the truck, meaning your 2,600 miles are locked in regardless of freight conditions

• $8,000 sign-on bonus per driver, paid out in stages starting the week after your first dispatch

• If you already have your own partner, the sign-on jumps to $16,000 per team

Home time

• Home every other week

• You run for two weeks straight, building up miles, then take your reset at home

What you'll haul

• Dedicated freight supporting data center construction projects nationwide

• All drop and hook freight, so there's no sitting around at docks

Equipment

• New Freightliner Cascadias equipped with inverters

• Most trucks are less than 18 months old

How teaming works

You won't need to bring a partner. Once you finish orientation, you'll attend daily teaming meetings where you're matched with other available drivers based on where you live, how you like to run, and your schedule. Nothing is locked in until you approve the match, so you choose who you're paired with.

Orientation

• Held every Monday and Wednesday in Chattanooga, TN

• Three paid days

• Your travel is covered, whether by flight, rental car, or mileage reimbursement

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 3 months of verifiable driving experience, local or OTR

• Minimum age 21

• Must pass a DOT physical and drug screen
