CDL-A Team Driver — 100+ Guaranteed Home Days/Year, Up to $90,000+

Our company is hiring CDL-A team drivers to run out of its Melbourne, FL terminal. You'll work as a W2 company employee hauling refrigerated seafood on multi-stop LTL routes, with home time built into the schedule.

Pay

• Earn up to $90,000+ per year, plus about $12,000 in additional benefits

• Non-taxed per diem that saves you around $5000 a year

Home time

• At least 100 guaranteed home days every year

• Team routes structured for consistent time at home

What you'll haul

• Refrigerated seafood, delivered safely and on schedule

• Multiple pickups and drop-offs per run (LTL freight)

• You'll keep paperwork and e-logs accurate and give customers professional service at each stop

Requirements

• Age 21 or older

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 2 years of OTR experience

• No SAP drivers
