CDL-A Specialized Driver — Starting $0.61-$0.63/Mile, $2,000 Hiring Bonus

Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers for its specialized equipment division, offering strong mileage pay and consistent routes. You'll be out 14 to 21 days at a time hauling specialized freight.

Pay

• Starting pay of $0.61-$0.63 per mile based on experience

• Average weekly earnings around $1,903, with top performers earning about $2,168

• $1,000 orientation pay after your first dispatch

• $2,000 hiring bonus

• $75 setup pay per load

• $30 stop pay for each stop after the first

• Average weekly mileage of over 2,400 miles

• Paid every week

Home time

Expect to be out on the road for 14 to 21 days between home stays.

Equipment

Trucks are no more than 3 years old, with an average fleet age of 16 months. You'll drive a Volvo 860 or Freightliner Cascadia, equipped with a refrigerator, leather interior, double curtain wrap, double bunks, a built-in inverter and other driver-friendly extras.

Requirements

• At least 22 years old

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least one year of OTR or regional experience driving CDL-A trucks

• Steady work history

• Clean driving record
