CDL-A Specialized Driver — $0.58–$0.60/mi, $5,000 Hiring Bonus

Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers for its specialized division, hauling ATVs and other recreational vehicles on custom decking trailers. You'll run familiar lanes with solid miles and get out on the road for extended stretches.

Pay

• Starting pay: $0.58 - $0.60 per mile

• Average annual earnings around $85K, with top performers earning over $100K

• $1,000 orientation pay on your first dispatch

• $5,000 hiring bonus, paid out monthly

• $75 setup pay per load

• $30 stop pay for each stop after the first

• Paid weekly

Home time

Expect to be out on the road for 14 to 21 days at a stretch, averaging more than 2,400 miles a week.

What you'll haul

You'll run specialized equipment loads, including ATVs and other recreational vehicles, on custom decking trailers.

Equipment

• Fleet of Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks, all under 3 years old (fleet average age is 16 months)

• Trucks feature refrigerators, leather interior, double curtain wrap, double bunks and built-in inverters

Requirements

• Must be at least 22 years old

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least one year of OTR or regional Class A CDL experience

• Stable work history and a clean driving record
