CDL-A Regional Truck Driver — Weekly Home Time, Up to $110,000/Year

Drive regional routes for our company out of Colton, CA, hauling no-touch freight with consistent weekly home time. First-year regional drivers can earn up to $110,000.

Pay

• Paid per mile driven, with extra activity pay layered on top for certain tasks like hooking, loading, layovers, and weekend miles

• Regional mileage rate runs $0.5965-$0.6415 per mile, based on average annual miles between 22,806 and 183,725 (actual pay depends on location and miles driven)

• Some non-driving situations (accidents, breakdowns, weather delays, trailer issues, wait time, etc.) are paid at a flat activity rate instead of mileage

• Average Daily Pay of $240/day applies for full-day events like PTO, safety days, holidays, bereavement, or jury duty

• Quarterly safety bonuses and annual raises

Home time

• Home every week, with consecutive days off between runs

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight on Class A tractor-trailer regional routes across the Western US

• You'll plan your route, manage your logs and paperwork, inspect your rig at each stage of the trip, and follow DOT and company safety rules

Requirements

• Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement, or ability to get the endorsement (and pass the background check) within 120 days of hire

• At least 30 months of full-time Class A tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years

• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no serious traffic violations in that time

• No preventable crashes in the last 3 years, no preventable DOT-recordable accidents in the last 10 years, and no history of a preventable accident causing a fatality or catastrophic injury

• Live within 250 miles of the Colton, CA facility, or be willing to relocate within that radius within 90 days of hire
