CDL-A Regional Truck Driver — Paid Training, 12 Days Out/2 Home

Our company is hiring Class A drivers out of Brandon, FL to run regional freight east of I-35 (no deliveries into the NYC five boroughs). Both new CDL-A holders and experienced drivers are welcome, with paid training available for those just starting out.

Pay and home time

• Weekly pay typically runs $1,300 to $1,550, with top performers earning $1,800 or more

• Schedule is 12 days on the road followed by 2 days home

• Orientation pays $300, and your hotel and transportation are covered

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight that's no-touch, with about 70% drop and hook

• You'll be assigned a 2022 or newer Kenworth or Freightliner, automatic transmission, equipped with an APU

• No slip seating, and pets and passengers are allowed from your first day

Training program

• New CDL-A holders spend 4 to 6 weeks riding with an experienced trainer

• Training pay is guaranteed weekly during this period

• Once you finish, you move to full solo pay

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 with a valid Class A CDL and current DOT Medical Card

• Clean driving record required

• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

• Experienced applicants need 6 months of recent OTR experience, or graduation from an accredited CDL training program of 120+ hours
