CDL-A Regional Truck Driver — Paid Mentorship for New Drivers

Run a Western regional dry van lane with steady miles and a schedule you can plan two weeks ahead. You'll keep the same assigned tractor for the run and get consistent dispatch support.

Pay and Home Time

• Average weekly gross runs $1,300 to $1,500, paid weekly by direct deposit

• Expect 2,000 to 2,400 miles per week

• Get a full weekend reset every 2 weeks, with the option to stay out longer for extra miles

• Safety and performance bonuses add to your base pay

What You'll Haul

• No-touch dry van freight, mostly drop and hook

• Routes stay within an 11 Western States corridor, away from heavy city driving

• You're assigned a late-model tractor, no slip-seating

• Dedicated dispatch keeps your truck loaded and moving

Training for New Drivers

• Paid mentorship program lasting 3 to 5 weeks with an experienced driver riding along

• You'll handle real mountain routes and trip planning, not just classroom work

• Move to your own solo truck once you pass evaluation

• Pay is guaranteed each week while you train

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Either 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience or completion of a CDL-A program of 120+ hours

• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, and no DUI/DWI within the past 5 to 10 years

• Must pass a DOT physical and a pre-employment drug test
