CDL-A Regional Truck Driver — Home Weekly, $1,400 Avg/Week

Swift Transportation is looking for a CDL-A driver to run a regional OTR lane out of Edwardsville, KS, with weekly home time. New drivers are welcome, as training is provided.

Pay

• Average weekly earnings of $1,400

• Trip pay runs $0.56 to $0.64 per mile based on dispatched miles, depending on route and experience

• Paychecks issued weekly

• Starting July 13, 2026, eligible OTR company drivers get a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per week for their first 90 days running solo (terms apply; ask a recruiter for full details)

• Vacation pay begins at $800 after your first year

Home time

• Weekly home time on this route

• Occasional work on holidays is possible

What you'll haul

• Regional OTR lane based out of Edwardsville, KS

• Access to a new fuel network and free showers

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL and at least 21 years old

• Strong backing skills

• No DUI in the past 10 years for CDL-A holders, or past 5 years for non-CDL-A holders

• No more than one on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years, no more than 3 preventable accidents in that span, and no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years

• No serious traffic violations in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years

• Must pass a DOT physical and drug screening, with no drug-related conviction in the past 5 years and no illegal drug use or failed/refused tests in the past 10 years as a CDL-A or CLP holder
