About this job
Drive a dedicated regional route out of Davenport, IA hauling drop-and-hook, no-touch freight for a John Deere private fleet account. This is a solo position with weekends off and some weekday home time built in.
Pay
- Average $1,800–$2,000 per week
- Daily pay guarantee if you're not dispatched because of weather or customer delays
- Fuel and safety bonus program
Home time
- Home every weekend, plus some time at home during the week
What you'll haul
- Dedicated solo route, all drop-and-hook, no-touch freight
- New automatic Freightliner Cascadia trucks
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Must be able to obtain a Hazmat endorsement within 90 days
- Must meet all DOT requirements
- Comfortable driving in a range of weather conditions
