CDL-A Regional Truck Driver — $1,050 Avg Weekly, Home Biweekly

Swift Transportation is looking for a CDL-A driver to run a dedicated lane across the 7 Western states: CA, OR, WA, ID, NV, AZ, and UT. You'll get predictable freight and be home every two weeks.

Pay

• Average weekly pay of $1,050

• $35 for each stop

• Trip pay runs $0.43 to $0.58 per mile based on dispatched miles, depending on route and experience

• Wage range overall: $0.43 to $0.58 per mile

• Starting July 13, 2026, new OTR company drivers get a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per week for their first 90 days of solo driving (terms apply; ask a recruiter for details)

• After one year, vacation pay starts at $800

Home time

You're home on a biweekly schedule.

What you'll haul

This is a dedicated lane with consistent, predictable freight across the 7 Western states listed above. Some holiday work is possible. Access to a new fuel network and free showers along the route.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A (new drivers welcome - training provided)

• Strong backing skills

• Must pass a background check per 49 CFR Part 391; applicants with arrest or conviction records are considered under the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance and the California Fair Chance Act
