CDL-A Regional Truck Driver — $1,050 Average Weekly, Home Biweekly

Swift Transportation needs a CDL-A driver to run a dedicated lane through the 7 Western states: CA, OR, WA, ID, NV, AZ, and UT. You'll be home every other week, hauling predictable freight on a set route.

Pay

• $1,050 average weekly pay

• $35 stop pay

• Trip pay runs $0.43 to $0.58 per mile based on dispatched miles, depending on route and experience (wage range 0.43 - 0.58 per mile)

• Starting July 13, 2026, eligible OTR company drivers get a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per week for their first 90 days of solo driving (terms apply - ask a recruiter for details)

Home time

• Biweekly home time

• Some holiday work may be required

Requirements

• CDL-A required; new drivers will be trained

• Strong backing skills needed

• Background check required under 49 CFR Part 391; Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance and California Fair Chance Act apply for applicants with arrest or conviction records
