CDL-A Regional Truck Driver — $1,000–$2,000/Week

Our company is looking for regional CDL-A drivers to haul freight across varied trailer types on over-the-road routes. You will handle everything from refrigerated and flatbed loads to tankers and hazmat shipments, keeping deliveries on time and freight secure. The company has one spot for an automatic transmission driver and one for a manual transmission driver.

Pay

• Weekly earnings typically range from $1,000.00 to $2,000.00, depending on how many loads you run

• Pay is based on a 50/50 net split

• Fuel and insurance costs are deducted before the split

What you'll haul

• Tractor-trailers, flatbeds, tankers and refrigerated trailers

• Hazardous materials freight when required, following FMCSA rules

• Loads bound for distribution centers and customer locations on regional routes

Responsibilities

• Drive regional OTR routes safely, using GPS to plan and adjust for timely delivery

• Load, unload and secure freight by hand, meeting FMCSA and hazmat standards

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to catch issues early

• Keep accurate hours-of-service logs and delivery paperwork

• Stay in contact with dispatch and customers to manage schedules and solve problems

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A with a clean driving record

• Solid background in regional or route-based commercial driving

• Comfortable handling manual transmission trucks

• Experience with refrigerated, flatbed, tanker or hazmat freight is a plus

• Working knowledge of GPS routing and DOT rules on hours-of-service, securement and hazardous goods

• Strong manual freight handling and a safety-first driving record
