CDL-A Regional Reefer Driver — $1,200–$1,400/Week, 10–14 Days Out

This regional reefer position runs a 10-14 day out schedule hauling drop & hook, live load/unload, no-touch freight across TX, OK, LA, AR, MO, IN, IA, NE, IL, KS, CO, OH, and NM for a major nationwide carrier. You'll drive a new automatic Freightliner Cascadia and get paid weekly by direct deposit as a W2 employee.

Pay

• Weekly average of $1,200-$1,400, paid on all miles

• Starting rate of $0.50 CPM, rising to $0.51 CPM after 6 months and $0.52 CPM after 12 months

• Drivers with prior experience start higher: $0.56 CPM with 2 years or less, $0.57 CPM for 3-4 years, $0.58 CPM for 5-6 years, and $0.59 CPM for 7+ years

• $20.00 per stop

• $3,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers, paid out at $300/month over 10 months

• Trainees earn a flat $700/week during the 4-week training period

• Average haul length is 400 miles, with 2,200-2,400 miles run per week

Home time

• Out 10-14 days at a time

• One day off for every 6 days out, up to a maximum of 4 days off

Requirements

• Valid CDL with either 1 year of 53' tractor trailer OTR experience in the last 3 years, or 6 months OTR experience plus 120 hours from an accredited truck driving school

• New drivers welcome if within 6 months of finishing CDL school with no experience required

• TWIC card required (the carrier will help you get one and covers the associated costs)

• Clean background: no criminal history, no drug or alcohol violations, no preventable accidents or moving violations ever, and no tickets on your MVR

• Your CDL address needs to match the hiring area

• Urine drug screening only; SAP drivers are not accepted
