About this job
Our company Bottling is looking for a Class A CDL driver to run dedicated regional Midwest routes out of Oskaloosa, IA, delivering freight to company locations and customers. You'll be home most nights, with occasional overnight stays when needed.
Schedule
- Flexible Monday through Friday schedule, with shifts ranging from 10 to 14 hours
- Some weekend work may be required depending on customer demand
What you'll haul
- Tractor-trailer freight runs to our company's existing locations and customers across the regional Midwest area
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 1 year of CDL driving experience
- Must be 21 or older
- Clean driving record
- Strong time management and organizational skills, including accurate paperwork (log books, bills of lading, fuel reports)
- Must pass a DOT physical and drug screening, with no prior positive results or refusals
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US; our company cannot sponsor work visas
Job duties
- Operate a tractor-trailer safely and perform required vehicle inspections under FMCSR section 396.13
- Keep accurate records in line with FMCSR, DOT, and company policies
- Deliver strong customer service
- Complete other assigned tasks as needed
