About this job
Drive a dedicated regional dry van account out of Phoenix, Arizona, hauling for Dollar Tree with weekly trips home. You'll run about three loads a week in an automatic sleeper truck pulling a 53-foot dry van.
Pay
- Paid by the mile plus $220 per load
- Typical weekly earnings run around $1,650, which works out to roughly $85,800 a year
- Strongest weeks can reach $1,800, or about $93,600 annualized
Home time
- Home every week, with a required 34-hour reset
What you'll haul
- Dedicated regional freight in 53-foot dry van trailers
- Routes cover Arizona, Utah, and parts of Southern California, starting from Phoenix
- You'll be responsible for unloading full trailers yourself using a roto cart and liftgate
Requirements
- Current Class A CDL
- At least 3 months of verifiable Class A driving experience
- Clean driving history
- Current DOT medical card
- Not eligible if you're in the SAP program
- Able to safely handle freight unloading with a roto cart and liftgate
