CDL-A Regional Driver — Guaranteed $1,400/Week Minimum

Drive a dedicated Dollar Tree account for our company, running dry van freight out of Phoenix, AZ to stops across Arizona, Utah and part of Southern California. You'll be home weekly thanks to a 34-hour reset, and pay is guaranteed with mileage and per-load earnings on top.

Pay

• Mileage pay (CPM), plus $220 per load

• Weekly pay estimated between $1,400 and $1,800

• A $1,400 weekly minimum is guaranteed if you have no accidents, no service failures or refusals, and are available 5.5 days

• Extra pay opportunities: $200/day for layover or breakdown, $200/day retraining, $25 per backhaul pickup load, $15 for St George backhaul pickup plus $15 for dunnage, $50/day ($250/week) mentor pay, $50 per mentor road test, $25 for a clean DOT inspection, and up to 3% weekly safe and on-time bonus

• $1,000 holiday sign-on bonus

Home time

• Take a 34-hour reset at home every week

What you'll haul

• Dry, full-truckload freight for Dollar Tree

• You personally unload using a roto cart and lift gate

• Routes run from Phoenix, AZ into AZ, UT and a portion of Southern California, averaging 3 loads weekly

• Drive newer sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions and 53' trailers

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 21 years old

• A minimum of 3 months' recent Class A CDL experience

• A safe place to park your truck at or near home

• Not open to students, recent grads, or trainees
