CDL-A Regional Driver — CA-AZ Dedicated Lane, $0.60–$0.65 CPM

Our company is hiring Class A CDL drivers out of Fontana, California for a dedicated regional run between Southern California and Arizona. You'll handle both local and line-haul work hauling food products, with steady freight and weekly paychecks.

Pay

• Paid weekly, averaging $1,300 to $2,200 gross per week

• Mileage rate of $0.60 to $0.65 per mile

• Extra $0.03 per mile on runs over 600 miles and on certain dedicated lanes

Routes

• Mostly dedicated lane work running between Southern California and Arizona

• Mix of local and regional line-haul driving

• Be ready for overnight travel between Arizona and Northern California

What you'll haul

• Food product deliveries throughout California and Arizona

• Class 8 tractor-trailer combinations

Requirements

• At least 2 years of verifiable Class A CDL experience (3 years listed under experience requirement)

• Clean driving record, no major violations, preventable accidents, or DUI

• Valid DOT medical card and Social Security card

• Minimum age 25

• Able to pass a DOT physical

• Able to lift, push, or move items of 50 lbs or more on a regular basis

• Comfortable operating electric pallet jacks for loads up to 2,500 lbs

• Able to bend, twist, and stack or restack pallets while making deliveries

• Able to load and unload freight between trailers and customer docks

What the job involves

• Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Using GPS and fleet tracking tools, including Samsara

• Keeping accurate logs and paperwork

• Following DOT rules and company safety standards
