- Detention pay available when qualifying delays occur
Home time
- Work pattern runs 12 days out followed by a full 48-hour reset at home every other weekend
- You can bring your assigned tractor home during resets if safe parking is available, or use an approved parking location instead
What you'll haul
- No-touch, regional dry van freight moving across multi-state lanes
- Average trip length is 700–750 miles
- Loads are mostly drop-and-hook, though a few customers require live unloading (you still won't unload the trailer yourself)
Equipment
- 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth automatics
- Trucks come with an APU, inverter, fridge space, and mounts for a TV and microwave
- Routine preventive maintenance keeps downtime low
Benefits
- After 6 months on the job, you become eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k)
- Riders and pets are allowed for approved drivers
- Dispatch handles routing and load coordination, and maintenance support is available while you're out on the road

- Clean driving and safety record
- Must meet DOT and company safety qualifications
