CDL-A Regional & OTR Driver — Up to $0.57/mi + $0.04 Bonus

Our company, a Northwest-based carrier, is hiring Class A CDL drivers for Regional and OTR routes in the West, plus Owner Operators for Western OTR runs. You'll get regular home time and support from a smaller, driver-focused team backed by an established company.

Pay

• Company drivers earn up to $.57 CPM base pay plus up to $.04 CPM in performance bonus, with the exact rate depending on your division

• Layover and detention pay included for company drivers

• Owner Operators keep 80% of gross revenue and 100% of the fuel surcharge

Routes and home time

• Regional drivers run 2,200-2,400 miles a week on average and are out for up to 10 days at a stretch

• OTR drivers average 2,500 miles weekly and are out for up to 14 days

• Owner Operators run Western OTR lanes with consistent freight

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight

• 53' dry van and reefer trailers

Equipment

• Company trucks are 2020 or newer Cascadia or Volvo tractors

• Trucks and trailers are well maintained

• Owner Operator tractors must be no more than 10 years old

• Optional plates and insurance programs are available for Owner Operators

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience with a school certificate, or 2 years of OTR experience

• Minimum age 23

• Must pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check

• No failed DOT drug or alcohol tests within the last 5 years

• No SAP program participation within the last 5 years

• No DUI or DWI convictions within the last 5 years

• No rollover or rear-end accidents within the last 3 years
