CDL-A Owner Operator — Home Weekly, No Broker Loads

Our company is looking for CDL-A owner operators to run dedicated, direct-customer freight on a regional basis. You'll get weekly home time, drop-and-hook loads, and steady contracted rates year-round.

Pay

• Weekly gross revenue typically runs $6,500-$12,000

• Weekly net after deductions typically runs $3,000-$6,000

• You keep 70%-73% of weekly gross revenue

• Quarterly and annual safety bonuses of $2,000-$3,000

• Settlements processed weekly, with direct deposit every Friday

Home time

• Home every week, with extra home time possible depending on your regional route

What you'll haul

• Direct customer freight, not brokered loads

• Mostly drop and hook

• Consistent, year-round contracted rates

• Operating area covers IL, IN, MI, OH, PA, IA, MN, WI, MO, KY, TN and SC - no East Coast or West Coast runs

Equipment

• Fleet of 165 53-foot trailers, most under five years old

• Trailer-to-truck ratio of 4:1

• Trailer fee is $750/month

• Plate program costs $50/week

• Shop rate of $100/hour, with 3 bays and 6 full-time mechanics on staff

• EZ Pass, Pre-Pass, and Motive/AtoB fuel cards provided

Requirements

• You must own your own truck

• CDL-A with at least 2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience

• Stable work history

• No felony convictions in the past 7 years

• No DUI or reckless driving charges in the past 5 years
