CDL-A Owner Operator — 70% Market-Based Pay

Our company is contracting CDL-A Owner Operators and Lease Purchase drivers for a 70% market-based pay arrangement out of Omaha, NE. You run your own business, pick your loads, and get backing from a large national network.

Pay

• Owner Operators earn 70% of the market rate on each load

• Top 25% of contractors see yearly revenue between $240,000 and $330,000

• The market rate reflects internal and third-party data and can shift up or down with supply, demand, season, and other conditions

• You decide whether to accept or turn down any load offered, so you control which ones fit your profit goals

• This is 1099 contractor work, and terms can change over time

What you'll use

• Round-the-clock access to a load board stocked with hundreds of available loads

• A trailer pool of more than 50,000 units you can draw from nationwide

• Over 34 shop and terminal locations around the country

• A reduced shop labor rate of $80 an hour

• On-road support available any time, day or night

Lease Purchase option

• Newer trucks available from Kenworth, Freightliner, Volvo, and Peterbilt

• Some options require no money down

• Estimated weekly payments range from $440 to $750

• No credit check needed to qualify

• A maintenance escrow account is offered

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A

• At least 21 years old

• At least 9 months of CDL-A driving experience

Benefits
