Haul van truckload freight over the road across all 48 states, flying out to pick up your truck at predictable power lanes and flying home every three weeks. Freight is 95% no-touch and mostly drop-and-hook, and you're dispatched ahead of time so you can plan your schedule.
Pay
- Average weekly pay of $1,115-$1,360.
- Paid by the mile, plus hourly pay for on-duty time when you're not driving.
- Weekly performance pay on top of base pay.
- Mileage incentive: possible $0.02/mile raise tied to your weekly miles against a set goal.
- Sign-on bonus of $3,000 for experienced drivers or $1,000 for inexperienced drivers, each paid out in 12 monthly installments during your first year.
- Annual bonus of up to 2% of your yearly gross pay.
- Orientation is paid.
Home time
- Home every three weeks.
- Flights to and from your route are paid for, and any frequent flyer miles you earn on those company-paid flights are yours to keep.
What you'll haul
- Van truckload freight on consistent, high-volume power lanes, which keeps your drive time up and downtime low.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL - open to all CDL holders regardless of experience level.
- You must live within 100 miles of one of these cities: Anchorage, AK; Billings, MT; Boise, ID; Casper, WY; Cheyenne, WY; Denver, CO; Fairbanks, AK; Juneau, AK; Laramie, WY; or Missoula, MT.
- HazMat endorsement is a plus.
- Having a Passport, FAST card or Enhanced CDL opens up additional opportunities.
- Since this role involves flying, you'll need a REAL ID-compliant license or a valid passport.
