CDL-A OTR Van Truckload Driver — $1,135–$1,300/wk Avg, Home Monthly

Haul van truckload freight over the road across all 48 states for our company, with steady, high-volume power lanes and home time once a month. Freight is dispatched ahead of time so you can plan your week, and 95% of it is no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook.

Pay

• Average weekly pay runs $1,135-$1,300.

• You're paid by the mile plus an hourly rate for on-duty, non-driving time.

• A new Productivity Incentive adds up to an extra $.06 per mile depending on your weekly mileage.

• Your first 90 days come with a weekly pay guarantee of at least $1,000.

• Weekly performance pay is also part of the package.

• An annual bonus lets you earn up to 2% of your yearly gross pay.

• Sign-on bonus: $6,000 for experienced drivers or $3,000 for inexperienced drivers, both paid out in 12 monthly installments over your first year.

• Orientation is paid.

Home time

You'll be home on a monthly schedule.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.

• Open to all CDL holders, including those without experience.

• Must live within 100 miles of French Camp, CA.

• If you still need CDL training, our company offers company-paid training programs.
