CDL-A OTR USPS Driver — Drop-and-Hook, Approx. $2,300/wk

Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers to run USPS contract freight out of Clearwater, FL, with trainee, local, regional and OTR options depending on your experience and home-time needs.

Pay and experience levels

• Trainee: approximately $700 weekly, for drivers with less than 3 months of Class A experience (no prior driving experience required)

• Local: approximately $1,400 weekly, requires at least 3 months of Class A experience, home daily

• Regional: approximately $1,800 weekly, requires at least 4 months of Class A experience, home every few days or weekly depending on account

• OTR dedicated: approximately $2,300 weekly, requires at least 6 months of Class A experience

• OTR USPS: approximately $2,300 weekly, requires at least 2 years of Class A experience

Which position you're offered depends on your ZIP code, your experience level and your preferred home-time schedule. Local and regional slots vary by location; OTR work is open across most of the country.

What you'll haul

You'll run USPS contract freight along with other dedicated accounts, mostly drop-and-hook with little to no loading or unloading. Routes are steady and run year-round.

Where you'll run

Routes stay mainly east of I-35, covering the Midwest, South and Southeast. No West Coast runs and no New York City.

Equipment

You'll drive newer trucks from the 2022-2026 model years, kept in good condition. The specific truck you get depends on your account and what's available.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (or about to receive one for trainee roles)

• Minimum experience varies by position, from none required for trainees up to 2 years for OTR USPS routes
