CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — Up to $7,000/Week (Team) or $3,000/Week (Solo)

Our company Inc. is looking for experienced CDL-A OTR drivers to run consistent freight across all 48 states, working as a 1099 contractor out of their Aurora, IL terminal.

Pay

• Pay works out to $0.80-$0.85 per mile overall, with team CPM at $0.85 and solo CPM at $0.65

• Teams can earn up to $7,000 per week; solo drivers up to $3,000 per week, depending on miles run

• Lease-to-rent operators see higher weekly revenue: $10,000-$12,000 for solo, $18,000-$20,000 for teams

• Detention and layover pay included

• Safety and performance bonuses available

Home time

This is long-haul OTR work across the lower 48. Time at home varies and depends on route and availability.

What you'll haul

You'll run direct broker loads with steady, year-round freight. Trucks are modern Freightliners from the 2022-2026 model years.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 2 years of OTR experience, with a demonstrated ability to handle long-haul runs consistently

• Clean driving history with no serious violations in the past 5 years

• No SAP program history and no DUIs

• Must clear a DOT physical exam and drug test
