About this job
Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers for over-the-road routes, with training available for recent truck driving school graduates. You'll run 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week on long-haul freight.
Pay
- Earn $1,260 to $1,500 per week on this account
Home time
- 2 weeks on the road, followed by 2 days home with family
What you'll do
- Run a Class A tractor-trailer on long-haul routes, delivering freight on schedule
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Stay in regular contact with dispatch and your driver manager
- Recent graduates will learn safe driving habits and professional conduct on the road
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Recent graduates: a CDL-A truck driving school certificate showing at least 120 hours of training
- Experienced drivers: at least 3 months of OTR or regional driving experience
- A clean driving record and clean background check
- Able to pass a DOT drug screen and hair follicle test
