About this job
Our company is looking for experienced solo and team drivers to run OTR reefer freight across 44 states. This seat pays top mileage rates and includes a sign-on bonus, with equipment built for long hauls.
Pay
- Solo drivers can earn up to $0.80 per mile; teams up to $0.95 per mile
- $2,000 sign-on bonus
- Weekly checks arrive by direct deposit
- Drivers can run 2,500+ miles a week, so pay scales with how hard you run
- Referral bonuses and clean-inspection bonuses can add $1,000 or more a month
Home time
Expect to be out 2–3 weeks before returning home.
What you'll haul
Mostly temperature-controlled reefer loads, all no-touch — you just drive. No prior reefer experience needed. Routes cover 44 states, excluding WA, OR, CA, MT, AK and HI.
Equipment
Trucks come equipped with an APU, refrigerator, power inverter and microwave.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 1 year of recent OTR experience (insurance requirement)
- Minimum age 21
- Clean driving and inspection record
- Must reside within the 44-state hiring area
- SAP program participants in good standing are welcome to apply
