About this job
Our company Ltd. is bringing on new Class A graduates and experienced drivers for over-the-road and regional runs, with paid training for trainees and a route toward steady full-time miles.
Pay
- Earn between $1,260 and $1,500 per week on this account
- Expect to run 2,500 to 3,000 miles weekly
Home time
- Plan on 2 weeks out on the road, followed by 2 days home
What you'll haul
- Run long-haul freight in a Class A tractor-trailer, moving loads on schedule
- Handle pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks before and after each run
- Pick up safe driving habits and professional conduct on the road while staying in regular contact with dispatch and your driver manager
Requirements
- A Class A CDL training certificate from a truck driving school, showing at least 120 hours of instruction, issued recently
- A driving record and background check free of red flags
- Able to pass a DOT drug test, including a hair follicle screen
