CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — Starting $0.59/mile

Our company, a family-run carrier based in Altoona, IA, is looking for an OTR Class A driver to join their fleet. You'll be behind the wheel of a top-tier Kenworth or Peterbilt glider, with your rate climbing the longer you stay and bonus pay built in for shorter runs.

Pay

• Begin at $0.59 per mile, moving up to $0.60 at the 1-year mark, $0.61 at 2 years, $0.62 at 3 years, $0.63 at 4 years, and $0.64 at 5 years

• Extra $0.15/mile on loads between 1-150 miles, and extra $0.10/mile on loads between 151-368 miles

• Earn $50 for every stop beyond your first on a run

• Drivers can expect to bring in $50K-$100K a year

• Paid weekly by direct deposit

What you'll haul

• General over-the-road freight

Requirements

• Minimum age 23

• No more than 3 moving violations on your record over the past 3 years

• Must clear a DOT physical, a drug test, and a physical capability screening

• Must pass a road test

• At least 3 years of verifiable Class A OTR experience
