About this job
Our company needs CDL-A drivers for over-the-road runs, open to solo drivers, teams, and new grads who qualify. You'll be out for stretches on the road with planned time off in between.
Pay
Solo drivers earn $0.65 per mile or can choose 30% of weekly gross revenue instead. Teams earn $0.80–$0.85 per mile or 35% of gross revenue. The recruiting team will walk you through how the pay options work before you start. Weekly earnings on this role range from $3,000.00 to $4,700.00.
Home time
Expect to run 3–4 weeks before coming home, followed by 3–4 days off before your next trip out.
What you'll haul
You'll be responsible for hauling freight to its destination on time, handling the required paperwork and truck inspections along the way, and staying in touch with dispatch and customers throughout each run.
Requirements
- Current Class A CDL
- Solo applicants need a minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience
- Drivers with under a year of experience may still qualify for a team slot
- New CDL-A grads can apply for certain team positions
- Clean enough driving history and job background to meet hiring standards
- Must satisfy company safety and insurance criteria
- Not open to drivers coming through the SAP program
